Ken is a member of the firm's Litigation Practice Group. He has been engaged in commercial arbitration and in trial practice in state and federal courts in matters involving business and commercial disputes, civil and criminal tax audits and appeals, malpractice and professional liability, health care reimbursement, real estate, foreclosures, securities law, criminal defense, including white collar crime, trusts and estates, personal injury, creditors' rights, and bankruptcy.
Ken joined the firm in 1992 and became a principal in 1994. Ken is a member of the Connecticut Bar's Association Committee on Liaison with Accountants.
Ken received his B.A. (1967) cum laude from Yale University and his J.D. (1978) with high honors from the University of Connecticut School of Law, where he was a member of the University of Connecticut Law Review. Ken is a member of the Connecticut bar and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut, the Second Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Tax Court. He has also been admitted to handle specific litigation in the federal and state courts of New York and in the New Jersey state court.
