Suzie is an associate in the Business Department. Suzie represents both privately held and publicly traded companies in mergers and acquisitions, bank financings and securities matters. She also has experience in employment law, advising on trade secrets and non-competition issues.
Suzie joined the firm in 2007. Prior to joining the firm, she worked in legal professional development at a major Manhattan law firm.
Suzie received her B.A. (1994) cum laude with honors in History from Brandeis University and her J.D. (2002) from Brooklyn Law School. Suzie is a member of the Connecticut bar.
