Sean is a member of the firm's Litigation Practice Group, where he represents clients in state and federal courts in employment, breach of contract, tort, insurance, product liability, unfair business practices, real estate, and commercial matters.
Sean joined the firm in 2006. Prior to joining the firm, Sean served as a law clerk in federal court for the Honorable Dominic J. Squatrito, United States District Judge, for four years, and the Honorable Thomas P. Smith, United States Magistrate Judge, for one year. Sean also practiced in the insurance and torts litigation group at another law firm.
Sean received his B.A.
from Hamilton College in 1997 and his J.D. magna cum laude from Quinnipiac
College School of Law in 2000, where he was a Casenote Editor for the Quinnipiac
Law Review and received the West Publishing Award for Outstanding Scholastic
Achievement. Sean is a member of the bars of Connecticut and New York, and
is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the
District of Connecticut .
